This is unique method for finishing the installation of laminated flooring or to water proof the joints at floor & wall tiling, a clip on moulding for trapping and finishing laminated flooring against the skirting board/tiling, there is no nailing or silicone required, the top extrusion is inserted direct into a bottom extrusion, the bottom extrusion attaches to the skirting or tiling with very high adhesive double sided tape, the top extrusion can be removed or replaced any time, it can also be used to carry and hide cables around the room. The amount of time it saved justifies the the use of this fitting. The extrusion comes with or without soft seal strips to top & bottom, depending on the situation which it is being used for
